- The results of this research inform teaching on air accident investigator professional development courses with international clients, including government transport accident investigation branches, operators and manufacturers (Chief Inspector, AAIB, Contact Details: Audit_file_4409308a; Air Safety Investigation Manager, Audit_file_4409308b; General Manager Group Safety and Operational Risk Management, Audit_file_4409308c). Professor Braithwaite recently helped to re-write investigator training guidance on behalf of the International Civil Aviation Organisation and gave keynote addresses at the International Society of Air Safety Investigators Seminars in Adelaide 2016 and Dubai in 2018.
