- The interdisciplinary research presented in the paper was funded by the BBSRC SABRE initiative (CRISP project, £5M), Its significance lies in the fact that it presented an effective and novel approach to learning qualitative models of biochemical systems. We have tested the framework on real biological systems and the results can provide insights into the biological systems of interest.
