- Author co-wrote the introduction (50%), and sole-authored the chapter under her name. She co-organised the original conference the volume is based on, and selected/invited contributors on that basis to form a coherent intellectual framework for the volume as a whole, developing the content and intellectual structure of the volume. She co-wrote the publishing proposal for the volume, justifying the intellectual scope and content of the volume to the publisher. She provided intellectual guidance to all the contributors, helping to develop their arguments, as well as closely editing a number of the chapters in order to support the clear presentation of their arguments.
