- This study examined the placement of the retrospective think-aloud within a usability test: post-task (after each task) vs global (at the end of the study) providing recommendations to guide the use of the method by practitioners. The findings were incorporated into a practical professional training course on the use of think-alouds in usability testing designed and delivered Tingting Zhao to: Government Digital Service, the Home Office; Habito and at public events. This paper is part of the programme of research that resulted in a submitted impact case study.
