- This work developed a novel evacuation planning scheme taking into account the relationships of the evacuees which can be employed in emerging smart cities when dealing with disaster emergencies. This work attracted attention from the State Key Laboratory on Smart Cities at the University of Macau (UoM) and was invited to present at a Workshop organised by the UoM in December 2018. Further collaborations with the State Key Laboratory of UoM have been explored in promoting this work in empowering smart cities.
