- This monograph is a key output from a Leverhulme Trust funded Major Research Fellowship. It represents an analysis of conceptual debates about sexuality, citizenship and their intersection from different perspectives across a range of disciplines and extensive engagement with a large body of material. A broad range of empirical material is interwoven in examination of different contexts. Through detailed synthesis of a wide range of ideas it demonstrates the need for an overt re-focusing of theoretical approaches to develop a balanced critique of the global operations and salience of sexual citizenship as a concept.
