- Significant output from a Jaguar Land Rover funded PhD project (2016-2019). The research outcomes referring to the capability of CMCL SRM suite for NOx engine out emission predictions have supported decisions related to the selection of engine modelling and simulation tools for NOx emissions within Powertrain Research (JLR contacts Dr Oscar Garcia-Afonso, ogarciaa@jaguarlandrover.com, Efe Tunc etunc1@jaguarlandrover.com). The paper introduces significant methodological contribution for sensitivity studies and automatic tuning/validation of engine simulation modelling which will be valuable to practitioners and academic researchers alike.
