- With the rise of graphene technologies, this original research output makes important contributions to the field of ceramics at an international standard. The research, published in the second-best ceramics journal, is comprehensively and rigorously confirming an industrial scalable method of synthesizing ceramic–graphene nanocomposites. The work, developing new economical manufacturing routes, supported the achievement of a research support grant for India-UK collaboration funded by Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (Ref: INCF-2014-56). The significant work also resulted in keynote speaker invitations at several conferences (India, Germany and Brazil) and quite recently (April 2020) to present the work at the University of Cambridge.
