- This 84-page report is the primary output arising from an in-depth analysis of extensive empirical research undertaken over a two-year period by the author. The sustained documentary analysis of primary and secondary data was supplemented by the collation and analysis of 32 interviews with high level policy makers from governmental, statutory and third sector organisations in Scotland. The research began on February 4th, 2013 and was completed on July 5th, 2015. The final report was published on August 28th, 2015. This was an extended process; hence we request double weighting for this output.
