- Climate Change and Social Movements is a 180-page book that took four years to complete, including two and a half years of data collection and analysis. The study took a mixed-method approach to investigating the mechanisms for policy change by climate change movement campaigns in the UK. This involved the key informant interviews with Members of Parliament and heads of environmental organizations and campaigns; quantitative analysis of relevant news articles over time; secondary analysis of House of Commons votes; and qualitative content analysis of framing in campaigning material.
