- Outcome of collaboration with Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, on the development of a versatile method for dynamic analysis of emerging aerodynamic surfaces such as highly flexible UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) wings and multi MW wind turbine blades as well as aeroelastically tailored smart wings and blades. The method reported in this paper is the base of a follow up research collaboration with Universities of Limerick- Ireland and Bristol (Prof Paul Weaver), focusing on the development of highly efficient morphing wings and blades.
