- Additional information
- This edited volume emerged from a conference the attributed individual designed and organised single-handedly at the University of Oxford, to bring together the international group of scholars working on the Mirror for Magistrates for the first time. The edited collection was also produced at the attributed individual's instigation. The attributed individual was responsible for commissioning the essays, some based on papers presented at the conference and others specially requested later, and securing the contract with Cambridge University Press (including writing the proposal and meeting with the commissioning editor), and the final proofreading, editing and indexing of the manuscript. Co-editors shared the substantive editing of the contributors’ chapters equally between them, and co-wrote the Introduction, also divided equally between them, before they revised the piece as a whole together.
