- The paper focuses on renewable energy generation for the GCC countries, particularly the photovoltaic system. The presented analysis shows a number of regional related factors that contribute to the system performance. Such findings are relevant and significant in other countries. For example, Scottish Government, which the authority recently (two weeks ago) put out a tender to generate a report to investigate Scottish off-shore floating platform (wind/solar) for power generation.
