- This paper proposes and evaluates, for the first time, an ant-based swarm intelligence approach to clustering dynamic data streams. The swarm intelligence properties of decentralisation and self organisation are shown to be an effective way to quickly form clusters which can adapt and react to changes in a non-stationary data-stream.
