- Additional information
- This paper extends substantially the paper “Combining approximation and relaxation in semantic web path queries” by Poulovassilis and Wood presented at ISWC 2010 (not submitted to REF 2014 as it reported on work still in progress at that time). This earlier ISWC paper has 40+ citations on Google Scholar. The work has led to an ongoing collaboration with Neo4j, a leading graph DBMS vendor, to research approximate query processing techniques for their Cypher query language.
