- Double-weighted statement
- We have requested that this book be double weighted. This output represents a sustained research effort of over four years’ work. Further, its production was dependent upon the completion of a lengthy period of data collection and required access to a primary source that was exceptionally difficult to obtain: it needed the accurate re-typing of an entire novel. This book represents an extended and complex piece of research. Its contribution to the field has been recognised in the award of a Philip Leverhulme Prize.
