- This multi-authored book brought together scholars from diverse disciplines including education, cultural studies, sociology and social work in order to produce a novel and interdisciplinary re-evaluation and reimagining of key concepts that underpin critical masculinity studies. Developed over a period of four years, the individual chapters explore concepts including homosociality, homophobia and heteronormativity from a variety perspectives and diverse contexts in order to explore their theoretical and conceptual limits.
