- "Novel method incorporated into software ""RobotAnalyst"", deployed to support literature screening for systematic reviews.
Robot Analyst has featured in 7 keynotes (SIMBig 2020, 2019; ISMB 2019; IEEE Jordan International Joint Conference on Electrical Engineering and IT 2019; Open Science 2018; CLEF e-Health 2018; and DAMDID/RCDL’2016) and 4 invited talks.
RobotAnalyst now used by NICE, Cochrane, Public Health Wales, and over 250 teams worldwide.
An evolution of the method was incorporated into the ""Systematic Review Facilty"" (SyRF) - a free-to-use online platform for researchers to perform systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies (developed with Centre for Clinical Brain Studies, Edinburgh)"
