- This book (pp. 268) is based on three years of inter-disciplinary, mixed-methods research across four different research sites in Uganda. It draws upon primary research, including a survey with over 4,000 respondents and semi-structured interviews with more than 250 respondents, undertaken in a number of urban neighbourhoods and remote rural refugee settlements. It provides original insights into the economic lives of refugees and their impact on the host society, and makes these findings relevant to policy and practice.
