- “Translational Public Archaeology? Archaeology, Social Benefit, and Working with offenders in Wales (Part 2)” and “Romans and Reducing Recidivism: Archaeology, Social Benefit, and Working with Offenders in Wales (Part 1)” are elements of the same research output which originally constituted one submission which went through the same editorial process and peer-review evaluation in the academic journal Public Archaeology. The journal editors made the proposal of splitting the article in two and, following authorial revisions, the articles were published as Part 1 and 2 of the same theme ‘Archaeology, Social Benefit, and Working with Offenders in Wales’ in consecutive issues within the same journal volume (Public Archaeology 16). Part 2 is the culmination of the study and builds directly upon the discussion within Part 1.
