- This demonstration of ability to model such large morphodynamic change during such large flows has not been seen before. Unforeseen it demonstrates the high significance of sediment grain size on results. This demonstrates practicality of new capabilities for practising hydraulic engineers examining large areas of potential morphodynamic change. These are worldwide. The paper draws conclusions of the quality of the techniques presented based on simulations and comparison with satellite based field data.
