- The research led to proposing a set of evidence-based policy recommendations to encourage larger share of biomethane in the UK energy mix, particularly in the heating sector which counts for 50% of total energy consumptions. As part of this research the views of different stockholders, including industries, have been analysed. This work has opened collaboration avenues with partners from India who are inserted in implementing similar framework of research for case of biofuel in India for small scale power generation. This work in conjunction with the capability of our research group on renewable power generation can lead to further collaborations
