- This paper is published in the leading journal in the field. This original version was one of the best papers in the leading international conference in this sector - 5th IET Conference of Renewable Power Generation (RPG 2016). It proposes a new concept of an active distribution power system that can benefit from embedded multi-terminal DC links. The concept now has been recognized as a useful way for interconnecting AC distribution network (Jing Ma, etl. 2018) and a benchmark configuration for integration of electric vehicle charging facilities and renewable power in distribution power system (Anas Tahir, et al. 2017).
