- Pimbblet undertook multiple weeks of observations on-site at the Anglo-Australian Telescope (AAT) for GAMA, leading observing runs and managing telescope operations as a qualified “driver” of the AAT. He performed data reduction, and quality control for a large fraction of the redshifts taken. As per GAMA authorship policy, only members who make significant contributions to the survey and intellectual contributions to the paper may claim authorship. Pimbblet undertook both for this paper.
