- Watson was deeply involved in a sequence of measurements of the correlation between the top and anti-top quark spins in the ATLAS data, starting from the pioneering paper that excluded the hypothesis of zero spin correlation at more than 5 standard deviations. The current paper extended those measurements at higher energy and probed possible contributions from supersymmetric top partners (stop) in a mass region that is inaccessible to direct searches for stop. Watson's contributions included data analysis, supervision and paper editing, as well as leading the next analysis of the Run 2 dataset.
