- Keith Grainge: Grainge contributed to the analysis of the 15 GHz data from the AMI telescope which provides the high frequency constraints to the observations and on aspects of the interpretation of the combined data sets. Grainge led the construction and commissioning of the AMI telescope and initiated the upgrade programme to the AMI correlator which allowed these measurements to be made. Grainge also contributed to the text of the paper.
