- This paper presents a novel hybrid beamforming design for 6G and beyond, with increased performance, lower complexity, reduced cost and reduced power consumption compared to existing all-digital arrays. The design was developed with 5GIC at University of Surrey, work is continuing with NPL and Xi’an-CAST to develop a prototype, discussions about commercial exploitation are ongoing (Contact: Professor, Surrey).
