- Double-weighted statement
- This book is the culmination of three years of postdoctoral work, engaging in a detailed cross-disciplinary review of the history of ideas of organic life. It brings together for the first time a hitherto disparate range of texts and ideas by thinkers across the histories of ‘Continental’ philosophy and biology and the contemporary life sciences, to contribute a new philosophical approach to problems in Critical Animal Studies.
