- Mediators promote interconnection of heterogeneous components. This paper presents a formally-grounded approach for the automated synthesis of mediators. It was published in the premier journal in software engineering and regularly cited by several research groups worldwide, particularly: University of L’Aquila to support implementing connectors (Autili et al., 2019), University of Buenos Aires to inform interface synthesis (Keegan et al., 2020), and Aston University to support synthesis at runtime (Bencomo et al., 2019).
