- The paper has 673 full text views on the IEEE Xplore website. It describes a novel Congestion Avoidance (CA) partitioning algorithm, which performs significantly faster than other graph partitioning algorithms adapted for workload distribution, scaling much better with an increased number of cores. The first author has now joined Cisco as software engineer.
