- The agent based simulation techniques described in this paper lead to the development of the AGADE traffic simulation (Rotärmel-2017 https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-319-59930-4_37). This work has subsequently led to a PhD studentship at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) developing the work further (https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-319-94580-4_15). The techniques are currently being refined and applied to mobility simulation, by a PhD student, supervised jointly between THM and ENU and funded by Karl-Vossloh-Stiftung (Project Number S0047/10053/2019).
