- Catford was a key part of the experimental team that performed this experiment in Argonne National Laboratory, setting up the experiment and performing data collection throughout the entire experiment. The small Surrey team of three academics and three students/PDRAs took the lead role in this experiment along with Seweryniak. Catford also contributed to the writing of the manuscript and the data analysis and interpretation which was all performed in Surrey by the lead author in discussion with his supervisors and all Surrey team members.
