- Industrial collaboration with BT (senior industrial practitioner gilbert.owusu@bt.com). Insights from this research enable BT to understand the unique complexities of the problems they face, forming a best practice guide for "iPatch", a tool that has provided a productivity benefit of £1 million a year, saving over £200K a year in fuel costs and an estimated annual reduction of 2,500 metric Tonnes of CO2. Continued ongoing joint Leicester-BT research collaboration, including an iCASE PhD studentship, and research contract covering 0.25 FTE of Dr Drake for up to 3 years.
