- Originality: This is first publication of original primary data and analysis. Rigour: The paper reflects extensive primary data collection with a rigorous blend of methodologies and analytical techniques tailored to further conceptual understanding, whilst offering triangulation through multiple methodologies and three city case studies. Significance: This paper is a significant contribution to the emerging field of nature-based solutions governance because of the depth of analytical work and extended data-collection protocols, and was subject to blind peer-review. PV co-wrote the paper (50%), co-conducted and delivered the conceptual framework and case studies protocol for interviews and first workshops (50%).
