- Meyerhold and the Cubists is an 85,000-word monograph demonstrating a sustained research effort. It is the culmination of four years of research (2011-2015), necessitated by the intercultural and interdisciplinary nature of the work. The book includes work on original material in Russian, the completion and commission of new translations from Russian texts, and communication with significant Russian theatre archives. The scope and significance of the work was acknowledged in 2019, when it was long-listed for the Prague Quadrennial international award for best publication in performance design.
