- Haig’s Enemy reflects five years of new, direct work. This involved in-depth research in two large and complex archives in Munich and included cross-referencing 4,197 handwritten pages of Crown Prince Rupprecht’s private diary with private letters, other diaries, and official records of the German army. This material was then pulled together into a 400 page monograph.
