- The work proposes an improved scheme for generation of the secret keys need for the secure transmission and unlike a lot of previous work investigates practical implementation. Exploiting the unpredictable features of the wireless channel that exists between user and base station offers the potential to set up a highly secure wireless communication system, this is referred to as physical layer security, it represents a radical departure from conventional wireless security systems. This work is a result of an international collaboration between Southeast University, Beijing Jiaotong University and University of Liverpool.
