- A GDPR compliant IoT recommender (IoTRec) system was developed by the H2020 EU-KR Wise-IoT project (723156). FIWARE data models made by Wise-IoT industry partners (NEC and Telefonica) were used for semantic data modelling. The Rich Parking application in this paper was tested and evaluated as a prototype by the citizen of Santander, Spain (Luis Sanchez, Associate Professor, lsanchez@tlmat.unican.es). This solution was successfully demonstrated with interoperability testing for roaming services between EU and Korea. The key outcomes have been used to get grants from national funding bodies (e.g., SERI, IITP, MINECO) for developing enhanced technical enablers.
