- First demonstration of atomic layer deposition (a vapour-phase thin film deposition technique) in biotechnology. This study has led to major grant funding from EPSRC (Reference: EP/R04256X/1, Value: 1.4m GBP) and will fund establishment of the new “Bionanofabrication Suite” at Imperial White City Campus.
