- This work paved the way for the development of portable systems for in-situ agricultural measurements capable of retrieving data on a substance of very high concern at ultra-low concentrations. The technology developed in this paper enable significant enhancements in the assessment of food safety and quality and has led to the formation of a consortium aiming to bid to Horizon Europe, which includes Hobsons brewery (beer), Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin (wine), Organismo de Evaluación de la Conformidad y Certificación Agroalimentaria (sherry).
