- This 115,000-word monograph is the only book of its kind, covering two significant areas of international economic law: performance requirements and investment incentives. The book covers both topics from the perspective of investment law and trade law, examining bilateral investment treaties and the treaties of the WTO. It covers WTO panel jurisprudence and international investment law arbitration practice in depth. It was partially written during a sabbatical at the PluriCourts Centre of the University of Oslo and the Max Planck Institute for Public International and Comparative Law in Heidelberg.
