- Additional information
- As sole editor, the submitting author wrote the introduction and one chapter for the volume, and also designed the book’s five-part structure. He drafted prescriptive abstracts for the other 22 chapters specifying which literary works should be discussed, and outlining the focus and potential arguments to be covered. This volume was commissioned for a series that aims to coherently analyse the key changes and trigger points in individual decades from American literary history.
