- Additional information
- This paper reveals information about the entire face using only partial data taken from the eye region thus overcoming one of the most critical challenges of existing work caused by face occlusion. An empirical evaluation demonstrated its successful performance. The paper forms the basis for continuing collaboration: one successful grant award to the Sichuan Science and Technology Program (no. 2018HH0143) for public security, a major science and technology application demonstrator project in Chengdu (No. 2019-YF0900120-SN) for understanding the behaviour of aging populations and an exchange PhD student funded by the China Scholarship Council (Ms Jie SU, No.201703780125).
