- Selected for journal special issue as one of best papers of ACSD’12 conference. It underpins the “Efficient Power Management in Consumer Electronics” ICS. Researchers implemented this in open-source library algebraic-graphs (http://hackage.haskell.org/package/algebraic-graphs), deployed by GitHub in their semantic library (https://github.com/github/semantic) for parsing, analysing, and comparing source code across multiple programming languages. GitHub – world’s largest source-code hosting platform with over 54M users and 212M repositories – stated that this research was a significant step forward in treatment of graph data structures and that algebraic-graphs saved them significant time and effort. This is an important outcome of EPSRC projects EP/I038357/1 and EP/K001698/1.
