- Additional information
- This work was partially funded by Sheffield Hallam University, findings of the paper were used to establish different research areas within the Integrated Manufacturing and Supply Network Research Group. This has led to a research grant submitted to the Strategic Research Fund Call_PETRAS National Centre of Excellence for IoT Systems (A51MJ374) in the area of food supply chain. In addition, it has also led to industrial collaboration with Mr Peter Mitchell, the Director of Supply Chain at Wienerberger Ltd, to systematically optimise their network via a Knowledge Transfer Partnership application (awaiting outcome).
