- This paper describes the first i* framework Semantic Goals’ Referential Integrity model that identifies conflicts between goals at System of System (SoS) and Constituent Systems (CS) levels, and maintains their referential integrity. This model demonstrated impact when applied to Access to Cancer Care complex SoS environment of JCI accredited international Cancer Centre identifying conflicts between strategic cancer care and clinical/non-clinical CS goals with their integrity maintained. This work is part of ongoing research that contributed to appointing the principal investigator as professor of cancer care informatics and extends beyond first Cancer Care implementation to other complex healthcare organisations.
