- Additional information
- This is a multi-component artefact submission consisting of a database with two interlinked content publishing platforms: the ThisUnruly! website and the ReorderTV video player. Content is published to the database through a bespoke content management system (CMS). The database/publishing platforms were created as a follow-up to my Folksonomy ‘knowledge commons’ as a repository of theory and practice related to ‘recombinatory’ video appropriation practices (video cut-ups for short). The database currently has a total of 999 clips (with their associated reference information). The software programming and database design was developed bespoke by Simon Perkins. The database/publishing platforms have been live since their creation, with ThisUnruly! receiving a total of 6,188 page views since 16 April 2018 and ReorderTV receiving a total 5,027 Page Views since 8 March 2018. Note that I only have a free ClustrMaps account, which appears to have limited the survey date-range to a 2-year period.
