- This paper is published by Energy (IF:4.52). A novel design of oil-free linear compressor has been presented for future electronics cooling. This was a first ever oil-free linear compressor for refrigeration in the world at the time (2014). The results from both modelling and measurements show that the linear compressor performed much better than conventional compressor. The novelty has led to commercial R&D with industry.
