- Double-weighted statement
- This edited book offers a comprehensive analysis by international Asian experts of the unprecedented developments in the Asian energy sector over the past three decades. The work is significant because of its insightful analysis of demand evolution, changes in supply, developments in policies, reforms in the industry structure and the transition to a low-carbon pathway. As the editor, Bhattacharyya has conceived the book, managed the entire project and contributed five substantive chapters in addition to introduction and conclusion. The volume of Bhattacharyya’s contribution to this outcome of two-year project justifies double weighting.
