- This work develops a novel SaaS-based framework that offers complete, guided and flexible solution for service personalisation in cloud setup using Amazon EC2. The potentials of practical applications of this framework come from the increasing need of personalization of QoS enabled SaaS-based services for individuals as well as businesses. This work builds on collaboration between OBU and University of Technology Sydney (UTS). It has led to completion of a PhD (at UTS) and also served as the starting point for M. Eisa’s PhD (at OBU) who then successfully completed her PhD.
